1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at busmatrix.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws.

2. Nature of Service

Bus Matrix LLC provides an independent travel referral and assistance service. We connect users with independent booking agents who assist with securing bus travel tickets. We are NOT a bus carrier and do not operate transportation services.

3. Service Fees

You acknowledge and agree that the independent agents you connect with via our toll-free number may charge a service or agency fee for their time, expertise, and assistance. This fee is separate from the cost of the actual bus ticket. You always have the option to book directly with official carriers (e.g., Greyhound, FlixBus) at no additional service cost.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bus Matrix LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website.
